What are the undertakings of signatories to the FNAIMCÔTE D’AZUR Tourism Charter in respect of their clients ?

Charter members make commitments concerning the reception of their clients, the availability of an emergency telephone number 24 hours a day, proficiency in English and encouragement of skills in other foreign languages, provision of services, diligence in dealing with problems and complaints, the rapidity of the procedures, the maintenance of fair prices and the acceptance of quality controls.
The members also accept an internal disciplinary procedure which ensures the constant respect of the criteria formulated in the charter.

What are the criteria of adhesion to the charter ?

The criteria of adhesion, carefully checked by the body responsible for the charter, make it possible to guarantee the stability of the company, to ensure the safety of its clients and its suppliers, to ensure complete transparency, and to guarantee the professional code of ethics. All signatories to the charter must justify their experience and sound and healthy professional practices.
